π’ Important Change β January 1, 2026
Blue & black bin recycling is now managed by Circular Materials and collected by Miller Waste Services. The City of Ottawa no longer handles your recycling bins. Your collection day stays the same but the truck and timing may differ. The City still handles garbage, green bin, and leaf & yard waste.
